Ground doner is made from minced meat and a special spice mixture, formed into a homogeneous mass. Unlike slice doner, it does not consist of meat layers. Its shorter cooking time and intense flavour profile make it particularly popular in fast-service operations.

The ideal meat for doner varies by product type in terms of fat content, texture and spice-absorbing capacity. CarnEt ground doner products use selected quality beef and turkey mince; each product is produced with a special formulation for optimum flavour and texture balance.

No. All CarnEt ground doner products are made from selected quality whole-muscle meat – no mechanically separated meat (MSM) is used in any product. This is a core requirement of our Halal and HACCP certification and is regularly verified through independent laboratory analyses.

Sucuk Döner is our ground doner prepared with a special aromatic spice blend inspired by traditional sucuk spices. The product contains no sucuk; the aromatic spice balance allows you to offer your customers a distinctive flavour option on your doner menu.

Yes. All our ground doner products are produced under Halal certificates from internationally accredited organisations. Every stage from raw material selection to the finished product is inspected by independent auditors; our certificates can be downloaded from our website.

Every product is loaded directly from the production line into isothermal vehicles and transported with an unbroken cold chain guarantee. Temperature is recorded at every stage of storage and distribution. This process is managed in accordance with HACCP requirements and verified through independent audits.

Every production batch is tested microbiologically, chemically and physically by our internal quality team and independent accredited laboratories. Thanks to our full traceability system, every step from raw material to finished product is documented and can be shared with customers upon request.

Our main production facility is located in Ravensburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The facility is equipped with modern equipment meeting the highest European food safety standards and is regularly audited under Halal, HACCP and ISO 9001 certifications.
